Each Z-CYCLE FIT ride delivers intense workouts in a fun and energizing atmosphere! The workout to high energy music works your core and tones your upper body while increasing endurance! Z-CYCLE FIT classes are unique by incorporating resistance bands, kettlebells & TRX method with cycling for a full body workout!

CYcle & Core

Our Cycle & Core is a high energy combination of spinning and core that will help you to burn calories and build muscle tone. Spinning helps participants with a variety of ways to become physically stronger, mentally tougher and more aerobically powerful. Spinning also offers the advantage of being a low-impact form of training, which is a unique characteristic among cardiovascular training activities. Since the joint stress is minimal, a Spinning class can be ideal for people recovering from knee or hip surgery or someone who experiences discomfort during extended training periods.

We offer both personal and small group training that will be tailored to meet your fitness and health goals. Small group training focuses on total body conditioning utilizing high-intensity interval training techniques.

Youth Speed, Agility, Strength and Conditioning

Z-training offers programs for young athletes that are designed to instruct children and young adults the fundamentals of training to get faster, more agile, stronger and have more endurance, so that they can play sports better and raise their level of fitness performance.
